In order to repair “bricked” non-functioning systems I need a copy of your NAND backup. If you don’t have a NAND backup your options maybe limited depending on the severity of the brick. For example, some systems without a NAND backup may require the replacement of the mainboard. There is no charge for systems that aren’t repaired, other than return shipping if you mailed it in.
Systems will not be returned until payment of services has been paid in full and cleared any payment holds.
