@DNA

Have you found out if itโ€™s possible to replace/alter the emulators images? I find the look of the original keys quite crappy/cheap and would like to replace the images with my more authentic version:

It would be nice to get rid of the tv-frame/glare to! ๐Ÿ™‚

This posting is an example of the C64.app for iPhone with replaced keyboard images provided by Mackie.
The screen glare has been disabled as has the tv frame.

    This looks extremely promising! Can’t wait for a post on exactly HOW all this is done! It would be so cool with a custom v1.1.11 with all the benefits from v1.0 and +30% speed.

    I just added the landscape screenshot, completely forgot about it!

    Thanks for your contributions to the scene ๐Ÿ™‚
    I’ll have a look at your modified image tonight after work.

    I’m have to get some sleep now lol

    The new “*** COMMODORE 64 EXPERIENCE ***” feels pretty lame (at least if we get BASIC to work properly again like in v1.0).

    Here’s a modified kernal.rom with the right stuff: “**** COMMODORE 64 BASIC V2 ****” (just that string has been changed): http://www.mediafire.com/?dijyz2nkxxz

    It’s all about the details, people… ๐Ÿ˜‰
